Good Day
A self-reflection tool for choosing between good paths — not therapy, not a habit tracker. One deep session plus a durable daily-joy artifact. Use occasionally, not daily.
Guide
A short manual for this instrument — what it is, what it isn't, and how to use it.
What this is

Good Day is part of the LifeOS series — a guided self-reflection instrument for people who face decision paralysis not from lacking options, but from having too many good ones. It is for the busy, successful person with multiple live paths and no clear way to choose between them.

This is not a habit tracker. It is not a gamified productivity app. There are no streaks, no scores, no daily engagement loops. You use it occasionally — when you need to step back and see your life clearly.

Two lenses, one instrument

The app has two modules that connect to each other:

  • My Good Day — future-facing. You construct a specific, ordinary good day as you see yourself living it three years from today. Then you talk with the AI guide about what those choices reveal — what showed up unbidden, what was absent, what it means. The guide never tells you what to do. It reflects your own day back to you and asks why.
  • Joyful Moments — present-facing. You list 10 activities or behaviours that bring you genuine joy and satisfaction — not outcomes to achieve, but moments to live repeatedly. The AI guide then helps you figure out how to make these a natural part of your everyday life. You can generate a phone screensaver image from your list.

The two modules are connected: the future you imagine in My Good Day is built from the same materials as the moments you list in Joyful Moments. Together they form one instrument with two lenses — imagined future and lived present.

How to use it
  1. Start with My Good Day. Walk through the day question by question — waking, breakfast, morning, lunch, afternoon, dinner, evening, bedtime. Be specific. Name things. There are no right answers.
  2. When you're done, click Let's Chat. The AI guide reads your day and reflects back what it notices — the choices you didn't have to make, the things you included or left out. It asks why. This is where the day starts to mean something.
  3. Export the exercise as a PDF to keep a copy on your device. Nothing is stored in the app — once you refresh your browser, all data is lost.
  4. Then go to Joyful Moments. List 10 things that bring you joy — small, process-based, durable. Chat with the guide about how to make them stick. Generate a screensaver for your phone. Export a copy.
What this is not
  • It is not therapy or clinical delivery. It is a self-reflection tool.
  • It is not a productivity or habit-tracking app.
  • The AI never ranks, recommends, or tells you which path to choose. Decision authority stays entirely with you.
  • It does not store your data. Export what you want to keep.
A note on the AI guide

The guide is powered by an AI model (DeepSeek) through a secure proxy. Your conversation is sent to the model for processing but not stored on the server. The guide's role is to reflect, question, and help you notice what you might not see on your own — not to advise or direct.
